WHY? Many licensed insurance professionals in Massachusetts wait until the last minute to get their CE and end up taking courses that might not be relevant to their professional
development or the agency's needs and miss out on enhancing their insurance knowledge. Empower your team for success by letting MAIA’s Education Team design customized educational journeys that cater to their unique needs.
WHAT? As a member benefit, we would like to work with you to develop a custom learning plan for you and your employees. This plan outlines a learning path, providing the skills needed to excel in their position and strengthen the agency. We can also refer you to a source of reimbursement to help pay for these courses!
THE PROCESS? We would ask the agency to fill out a survey to identify the people, their license renewal dates, their needs, and the agency's needs. We would then build out a plan that ensures employees are participating in relevant courses over a reasonable period that considers the agency’s capacity and their own renewal dates. You can be assured that your employees will get valuable insights and knowledge, strengthening their skills and your agency.
REIMBURSEMENT? We have received approval through the Workforce Training Fund Program, which allows 90% of our classes to be eligible for reimbursement. The current reimbursement rates are $3,000 per employee, up to $20,000 per company per calendar year.

Tutoring & Mentoring Solutions
Create your agency's own learning experience with MAIA’s Tutoring & Mentoring Solutions — perfect for employees with little insurance knowledge or new to the insurance industry. We’ll work with you to develop a training plan that fits your needs, taught by some of the best instructors available.
- We’ll set up a time frame to complete the training on your schedule.
- Fees include professional instruction and all expenses except (if applicable) hotel accommodations and travel expenses. CEUs may or may not be available, depending on the program.
3-Hour Program (Minimum per day)
