Personal Lines Training School
A Two-Part Program: Personal Residential Concentration and Personal Auto Concentration
This course is broken down into two concentrations, a Personal Residential Concentration and a Personal Automobile Concentration. Participants can take one or both. The program is designed for entry-level people OR to cross-train employees so they can be insurance literate, functional, confident and service/sales oriented.
This is more than just a lecture. These multiple-day seminars are designed to provide hands-on, practical application. Coverage will be discussed and practiced in an “account-rounding,” exposure analysis method. Each participant will work on their own, instilling individual growth, and work in a group to learn how to foster a team environment and attitude. Customer service and sales will be addressed throughout the course in regards to appropriate attitude, as well as insurance expertise.
