Book Rollover Process

The Hartford Commission:  20% 1st Year of Roll-Over Business & 19% Renewal.

To start the rollover process:

Art will review your information and assist with timing, effective dates and how to notify clients, creating a smooth transition for your agency and your insureds.

You will need to complete:
Signed authorization to rollover business which includes a list of named insureds, expiration date, policy number and current carrier.

You may need to provide:

  • The declaration page for each insured - based on the current carrier.
  • Elevation certificates - if policy is rated with one.
