Association Employee Benefits Plan

We are thrilled to launch a new ASSOCIATION EMPLOYEE BENEFITS PLAN for our Full & Associate Members and their staff.

We did this to meet the needs of all our members! It allows smaller businesses to offer products they might not be able to access independently while broadening the benefit offerings for all employers with savings. We can say that confidently because it did for us!

The plans, which include dental, guaranteed life, vision, and many other ancillary products, are scheduled to begin on January 1, 2025, which means we need you to act TODAY!

MAIA Membership is required to participate.

Submission Process:

  2. Submit Your Census Via Our Secure Portal Link - MAIA's Secure Submission PortalπŸ”’

For an efficient submission process, provide:

    • Census with ALL fields completed
    • A copy of your renewal proposal
    • All plan summaries
    • How do you, the employer, currently contribute to any plan(s)?

A minimum of 250+ participants from MAIA member agencies must enroll for the program to launch.
