The Big “I” Dental program offers two levels of coverage, basic and enhanced, with an extensive list of in-network preferred provider dentists. Big “I” Group Term Life
The Big “I” Group Term Life insurance program not only can provide coverage for final expenses but also can help with a variety of other family needs. Life insurance can be used for estate settlement, probate costs, mortgage pay off, college expenses and payment of medical expenses to name a few. The program offers guaranteed issue (with certain requirements being met), a variety of plan alternatives to fit your agency’s needs, coverage for spouse and children and optional coverage for employees. Short & Long Term Disability

Available to all IIABA members and employees actively at work for 30 hours a week or more Up to $500 in weekly benefits No pre-existing conditions imposed Maternity coverage Choose between Benefit Durations of 13 weeks or 26 weeks Guaranteed Issue (with specific requirements being met)
Long Term Disability - Guardian Life Insurance Company of America - IIABA
Available to all IIABA members and employees actively at work for 30 hours a week or more Up to $10,000 in monthly benefits Waiver of premium available Residual disability benefits 2 levels of plans available: 60% of earnings and 66 2/3% of earnings Guaranteed Issue (specific requirements must be met)

Private MA PFML
Private, Stand-Alone PFML Plans for Agencies with 25+ Employees!
MA businesses with 25 or more employees are required to contribute toward the MA Paid Family & Medical Leave (PFML) benefits. However, the state-offered PFML plan is NOT your only option. MAIA’s Number One Insurance Agency works with ShelterPoint Life Insurance Company to provide our members an alternative private and stand-alone plan. If you have a MA Health line on your license, you can also earn a commission on your policy!
