RMV Extends Deadlines on Non-Commercial Vehicle Inspections To help customers maintain proper social distancing, Massachusetts RMV is extending expiration dates on annual motor vehicle safety and emissions inspections and newly registered vehicle inspections for non-commercial vehicles as follows:
