Leadership Excellence & Strategic Development Programs
Elevate your leadership game with LEAD & LEAD Forward – because great leaders make all the difference!
LEAD is an opportunity to strengthen core foundational elements of leadership, learn techniques and best practices, and collaborate with other front-line leaders to gain valuable insights. Front-line leaders tap into a variety of skills daily. In most cases, leaders are focused on their team’s production and individual members’ needs more than on investing in their learning.
The LEAD Forward: Strategic Leadership Development Program empowers leaders to amplify their impact and drive organizational success. This program enhances strategic planning capabilities by examining key areas, including organizational strategy, talent planning, and future business vision, equipping leaders to navigate and shape long-term success.
Each live, instructor-led virtual workshop is 90 minutes of practical, skill-based content and realistic situations, accompanied by group problem-solving conversations. The learners will collaborate using a community in Miro. The program includes access to a Miro Board for all participants to contribute and collaborate on breakout room assignments, conversations, individual posts, and resources.
