• Bylaws: types of bylaws, benefits of "single entry" bylaws, commercial policy language v. bylaws
• Group practice reviewing bylaws
• Binders and evidence of insurance: which type of COI is the right form for proof of insurance, who provides proof, when to use what type of proof
• HO 06 and what type of coverage is provided for unit owner
