RMV Training - Introduction
2021 Class
This is an introductory course on Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles procedures and basic Registry training for people who are new to working with the Registry. It can also be a refresher course for people who work with the Registry but want more details. This course is NOT for people who have just started working in an agency and have no knowledge of insurance and terms.

- An overview of the ever-changing Insurance Policy Management (IPM) program (formerly known as Uninsured Motorist System, or UMS)
