How to Qualify for Utica’s Loss Control Credit

Meet any of the criteria below to have a 5% credit applied to your premium — up to a maximum of 10% credit.
Staff Designation Credit
At least 60% of the agency staff have achieved recognized designations including: CISR, CIC, CRM, CRIS, AAI, and others...
Seminar Attendance Credit
To qualify, required staff must attend an approved seminar within the last 24 months of the policy expiration date or within 60 days of your policy inception date.
Who Must Attend?
- Total staff size of 1-3: 1 principal/office manager OR 1 CSR must attend
- Total staff size of 4-10: 1 principal/office manager AND 1 CSR must attend
- Total staff size of 11-20: 1 principal/office manager AND 2 CSRs must attend
- Total staff size of 21+ : 20% of staff must attend
