Seven Steps To Personal Lines Success - #3 - Miscellaneous Property Coverage

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
This course is geared towards those people who have a good understanding of the various personal lines policies and want to account round them within their agency, minimize any E&O exposures and be helpful during the claims process.

This course is part of a certificate program called the Seven Steps to Personal Lines Success. Each course can certainly be taken as a standalone class, but if you are interested in seeing the full series, the courses involved and earning the certification, that information can be found HERE.

CLASS TOPICS:
  • Condominium Policy...what you need to consider when selling it, the differences between it and the HO policy and potential E&O problems;
  • Dwelling Fire Policy...why you use it, and what it does that the HO policy would not do; and
  • Inland Marine coverages...when they are used and coverages provided.
