WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
This program is geared towards students who want to seek advanced programs in property and casualty insurance. The Agency Management Institute emphasizes value added, relevant and practical topics for all agency owners and managers, producers, CSRs, and company personnel. This institute blends marketing and financial issues, and more agency management “tools” to enhance the daily work and experiences in insurance agencies. Whether you are a manager or have a manager, you’ll benefit from the practical information this program delivers.
This course is part of a National Designation program called the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) program. Each institute can certainly be taken as a standalone class, but if you are interested in seeing the courses involved and earning the designation, that information can be found HERE.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: There will be a $105.00 penalty fee if we are not notified in advance of fourteen (14) business days of the scheduled institute. Failure to cancel prior to the class will result in the loss of the full registration fee.
