WHO

The BIG Event is hosted by the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents (MAIA). Approximately 1,800 professional independent insurance agents and their customer service representatives attend. Company representatives from the 60+ sponsoring companies are also in attendance at The BIG Event to meet and entertain the agents.

WHERE

The BIG Event is held at the Marriott Hotel, Copley Place,110 Huntington Ave, Boston, MA 02116.

The Exhibition Hall holds 133 booths and is located on the 3rd floor of the hotel.

WHEN

The Trade Fair is on Friday, October 27th and Saturday, October 28th. The Conference runs from October 26-29, 2017.

  • Current list of pre-registrants. (Begining in October and BY EMAIL REQUEST to Sheron Gagnon.)
  • Program Schedule and Directions

  • In SEPTEMBER (one month before The Big Event), exhibitors will also receive...
    • Request for booth workers' to be pre-registered
    • Information from Capital Convention Contractors Inc. with links to:
      • Furniture Order - order your tables & chairs from Capital Convention Contractors Inc.
        (THE BOOTH IS NOT FURNISHED.)

      • Dedicated Telephone Line Order
      • Information on shipping & handling of your booth.

Exhibitors may not dismantle their booths until
Saturday, October 28th at 2:00 p.m.

Exhibitors must stay for the hours that the Annual Trade Show is open to the public; if exhibitors leave early, their company will not be allowed to exhibit with us the following year.

The cost to exhibit at The BIG Event Trade Fair is $950.00 per booth and it INCLUDES...
