It’s Easy Selling Small Commercial Lines CEUs: 7 Speaker(s): Marshall Katz, MS, CIC, LIA, AAI, LUTC This class will focus on getting the CSR who "just handles personal lines," or someone new to commercial lines as a CSR or salesperson, to understand and be functional selling and servicing small commercial risks. We will focus on the stuff they need and they’ll walk away with the tools to do the job, a winter reading assignment, and a challenge to be discussed. ![]() Marshall has a Bachelors degree from Clark University with a major in accounting and a Masters degree also from Clark with a major in Marketing Communications. He is a licensed producer in MA and CT and a licensed insurance advisor in MA and an avid golfer and woodworker. Marshall’s classes employ the use of PowerPoint visuals and he gladly shares those with his classes as support to the material being presented.
